2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice beer, very drinkable. Was a little too clear for a wheat beer, would have preferred more cloudiness. Also, and maybe because of the clarity, the color was a bit off. A little more orange and less yellow would be preferable. Very drinkable, and much more enjoyable than domestic light beers, regardless of what anybody says in these posts. Seems this beer is an answer to Bellís Oberon and/or Winter Wheat. From what I understand, Bellís doesnít allow (or restricts...and maybe this has all changed since I read the article) distribution into Chicago because the distributors there tend to corrupt the beer. Not a place for a plug for Bells I admit, but I respect the brewers at Bells for caring about the quality of their beer all the way to the consumer. This beer, different enough from the Bells offerings, gives the good people of Chicago a nice alternative.

A light fruity taste, some yeast. The beer has no head, the body is cloudy and pale yellow. A light fruity taste with some citrus. The body is light and lively with a lot of carbonation.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Slightly cloudy, yet stil transparant yellow beer with a firm brownish layer of foam. It has a somewhat freshly sour aroma, like from a fresh lemon, with a sweet touch. A nice, soft, bitter-sour taste and it leaves a nice, dry palate.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Twelve ounce bottle brought to Thanksgiving dinner by one of Mrs. Drjohnrockís relatives. Slightly hazy yellow color, astringent tart/chemical nose, annoying astringent/chemical taste with some wheat but not enough. I originally had this beer before the megabrewer takeover. Iíve misplaced my notes from back then but I remember it as being way better than this. So the 312 is messed up like the GI IPA is. Bravo, A-B InBev. I wonít drink any more GI beers unless I get them free like this one.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pretty good wheat beer that doesnít stand out from the crowd, but doesnít suck, either. Goose Island makes a lot better stuff than this, so itís not indicative of a bad company at work, but itís a very middle-of-the-road beer overall.

Albert Heyn. Smaakt een beetje als hefe weizen, maar voor een romige pilsener is het wel flink aan de prijs. Backlog from 2015/03/31.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Some interesting sweetness close to honey flavors mixed with some more hops than what you expect from a wheat ale.

35,5 cl bottle @ home. Clear light orange beer with a small, white head that vanishes quickly, non adhesive. Aroma is wet grains, bread, lemons. Very soft carbonation. Taste is grains, sugary, quite sweet, lemony, corn, very watery. Aftertaste is dry, bready, rotten wheat.
