Draft at GABF. Pours a pleasant looking gold with a nice head, hint of copper perhaps in the middle. Nose is a huge blast of the earth funk of truffles. Actually can’t really get past it at first. Cheesy and big, fading into some herbal hop notes and perhaps bread crust. on tasting, less robust, but still has that unctuous quality that unmistakably truffles. Hard to get out of your mind. Interesting beer, but the one pour was plenty.
