Draft at Clybourn before FoBAB ’13. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have nice fruitiness, grapefruit, citrus, herbal notes, toasted malts, some earthy bitterness to the finish. Decent, not great.

Good color and aroma fooled me a little cause the taste was a little on the oth side of the scale; a little bland and non-complex.

23oz draft, pours a golden color. Not much aroma faint hints of grapefruit, metallic scent and dry hops. Grassy, slight pine and citrus. Watery mouthfeel. Not much going on, would drink for free but otherwise pass.

Hoppy IPA. Tasted at Goose Island Wrigleyville. Medium color, clear. Tastes like hops. A little bit sweet on the palate. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste.

A pretty bitter citrus hoppy beer. Drinkable fur sure but after taste was too bitter for me hence the three starts.

On draft at the Wrigleyville GI Brewpub. The pour is a crystal clear orangey-amber with a thin white head and a spotty lace. The aroma is definitely big on the grapefruit and melon, followed up by a nice malt character. There definitely isn't as much of a hop presence as I'd like in a good IPA. The flavor is also quite reminiscent of that. There is a malt dominance over the light fruitiness and minimal hop attributes. The mouth feel is a little thin and light with a soft carbonation and a pretty bitter, dry lingering aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Extra dry on the finish. Session IPA that packs a punch of bitterness that is dank and full of pit fruit flavour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
