COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed esepcially for our Mardi Gras festivities as well as the Real Ale Festival. This easy drinking English style Bitter uses imported malts and U.K. Progress hops for a clean dry finish.

On tap at Clybourn. Thin ruby brown body with a small white head. Little to no aroma. Earthy flavor with some richness, but it almost tasted stale. Rather thin palate.

Murky, yet somewhat thin-looking chestnut-color body, hints of yellow at the edge, maintaining a nice head. Gentle musty and dusty aroma and well-rounded flavors, floral hops. Light body. (on tap, Goose Island, Clybourn, Chicago)
