Draft on tap at the Clybourn Brewpub at the 25th Anniversary Party (Chicago, IL). Pours a rich hazy, golden pour. A bit dulled a frothy whitish head dies to a small bright white ring. Good haziness. Aromas are banana, funk, and cobwebs. Some apple, pear, and lemon. A mellow tartness, funk, and cobwebs. Grainy, bready, funk and fruit. Initial is a bit fizzy, lighter bodied with some bready malts, straw, some cobwebs and funk. Some lemon, fruit, and some grain, straw. Middle and backend are a bit more dry, less wild yeast influenced. Some straw, cobwebs, and mellow tartness. A bit more funky as we get into the backend, cobnwebs, cheese, and horseblanket. Small body, dry, and mellow grainy finish. Ok.
