NotLA III, a dude name Brett should never have a beer named after him. It’s just false advertising and it pissed me off. a pretty crappy brown too.

NotLA. like cornfield, and a couple other people i met at the festival, i was expecting and hoping for bret. no such luck. in fact, i stopped paying much attention after i realized it was just a smoky brown ale.

When I saw this beer listed at the festival, I was hoping that it had a touch of the wild to it, but no such luck. It pours a dark brown with vitually no head, smells faintly of roasted malts, and tastes of chocolate and burnt malt. I’ve got to figure that it was named after someone named Brett...
