Bottle. Pours very clear light yellow. Aroma of tart lactic acid and sour citrus (primarily lemon), and a touch of spice and farmhouse funk. Delicious taste of tart lemon and sweet orange, a light grassy hoppiness, slight wheat, and heavy acidity. Very prickly texture. Very balanced and refined; a real treat.

Pours golden and active with minimal head. Smells awesome: full of bright lemon flavor, soured grain, not yeasty at all as expected. Soured wheat base is big and bold. Low enough carb to enjoy.
Pleasantly surprised at how good this was; I'd seek it out again.

Pour is golden copper with a tight white head. Nose has a good bit of barrel with nice hints of vanilla. Strong citrus bret with ripened orange and pineapple. Taste is less oaky, more citrus and bret with a light to moderate sourness. Body is light, assertive carbonation and moderately dry finish.

Bottle thanks to charule. Pours a golden orange red color without much head. Aroma of stone fruit and oak, some pineapple. Taste is well balanced with a tart middle and a clean finish. Medium body and medium carb. Really drinkable.

750 thanks to Dan! An unusual rating, the beer was totally frozen, but has thawed out quite well. Showing no major defects. Pours a cloudy copper color with a medium white head. The aroma is awesome: pure barnyard funk, lemon and dust- majestic Brett. The flavor also is dominated by ’wild’ yeast strains, clear lemon zest, deep dusty Brett. Very drinkable. Awesome.

On tap at GI. The beer is orange and pretty hazy with a soft white head. The aroma offers an assortment of fruits, to include peaches, apples, white grapes, lemons. Beautiful blend of citrus flavors. Nectarines and tangerines are very forward in the flavor. Very subtle tartness. The beer is fairly sweet, but nowhere near cloying. More like a natural, fruity sweetness. Medium bodied with lingering citrus on the palate. A really tasty beer.

This was very good! Golden and clear. Nose was sweet with horsey leather. Taste was a big floral carbonation explosion with just enough apple tartness to leave you wanting more.

November 29, 2013 - on tap at Goose for the Black Friday event. Clear orange pour with limited head and spotty lacing. Aroma and taste were sour, grain and oak. Nicely balanced and very easy to drink.
