Bottle thanks to bauermj - shared among friends. Pours crystal clear orange, small off-white head, fizzy and quick to dissipate with minimal lacing. Aroma is super funk, lots of great Brett stufff going on, oak tannins as well. Flavor is very light sweet drying out quickly, medium funk, really juicy - it really does tasted like apricots or peaches were added to this. Tons of oak tannins, which lead to light tartness. Lightish body. Really enjoyable.

Great clarity, very appealing. Fragrant, fruity aroma. Crisp, mineral, fruit flavors, slightly sweet at first then slightly dry. Very enjoyable brew.

Sour dough bread aroma, tart and some oak in flavor, good mouthfeel like some san fransisco sourdough bread. Some good horsey notes, really good Brett character. So nice.

Bottle... Pours lightly hazed and amber with a small, creamy, white head. The nose is especially alcoholic and lightly funky. Full-bodied with a whole-milk mouthfeel and laid-back carbonation. The flavor is both sweet and tart - purple grapes and cherries meld nicely. Tangy, fruity, tongue-numbing finish. Bottle courtesy of landhoney!

Poured from bottle to tulip. Amber hue with fizzy white head that held a ring. Aroma is lactic, earthy, funk, spicy, wheat, straw. Mouthfeel is nice with medium light body and zesty carbonation. Taste is fantastic with a dry sweetness and a tart sourness following that extends through the finish. Overall this is an amazing brew. Very thankful that I was allowed to drink this for my 500th rating!

Shared by some generous dudes at Westbrook. Clear deep gold pour with a small bubbly white head. Smooth sour nose, wood barrel, light vanilla, and dark fruits. Flavor is similar with a lot more fruitiness coming through. tart, lactic finish maybe bordering astringent. But solid nonethess.
