Tap at the Blind Tiger Goose Island Event: Probably the beer of the night for me. Pours a hazy orange color with a fading head. The aroma has a nice brett presence. Some leather and earthy farmhouse funk with a cherry-pit fruity hint as well. The body has a nice tight carbonation. The flavor combines an earthy/leathery brett character with a tart-ish lemon hint. It remains dry and earthy throghout making it very drinkable. A solid Belgian interpretation.

Tap at Blind Tiger Alehouse. Deep hazy orange-amber beer. The aroma is quite tart and loaded with rich cologney bretty character. Perfumey and sweet with a touch of light maltiness. A bit of faint earthy/musty character. Very nice balanced perfumey base. Dry finish with lots of rich bretty character. Earthy farmhouse funkiness with a lightly flinty finish. Delicious mustiness with a nice bright lemony citrus and a bit of orange peel. Excellent brew.

Draught @ BTAH. Pours cloudy, super pale yellow. Nose is a bit of soft citrus, with a lightly vinous note. Soft. Flavor is light, with a creamy tartness, with hints of funk that are softened by the vinous and lemon citric sour notes. Light body and carbonation, surprisingly clean finish.
