An amber brown body with light amber head. light floral spice aroma. Balanced malt and hops order the flavor profile with a light pleasant spicy bitterness to finish.

Had this on tap at a nearby restaurant. Goose Island always seems to give their best efforts on their seasonals, so I had fairly high expectations of this one. Flavor was full, slightly spicy, and hoppy. Nice color, too. A good Xmas ale!

Great color! Malt presence is pronounced with good balance between sweetness and and hops. Let this one warm a bit. Seems to morph for hte positive at higher temperature. I a thin at the end.

Quite malty. Very hoppy with some definite spiciness. Could have used some more creaminess in the finish.

Deep amber in color, nice hard lasting head. Malty to the nose. Spicy, chocolate and pine needles here evocing everything "christmasy". The alcohol is barely apparent until its too late....Well balanced. Enjoy!!
