Bottle at Leuven innovation festival. Clear dark golden with small white head. Yoghurt, white wine, sour berries, pineapple, Brett, thick barley bread. Light sour and medium sweet. Full bodied with quite some alcohol and low carbonation. Meh.

Reminiscent of sweet wine, which I’m not particularly fond of. Maybe that’s why I didn’t find this all that much to my liking. Not bad but not really my thing.

Hazy Orange with minimal head. Aroma of citrus, yeast, dry white wine and floral notes. Bitter, dry, citrus, wine, herbal flavor with a very light alcohol taste. Aroma and flavors develop as you let it sit. Will definitely be getting a few more for storing.

This pours a hazy golden yellow color with a slight head. The aroma is bold with yeast and grape hints. The taste is smooth and mellow with a decent amount of yeast and grapes. Fairly sweet and quite easy drinking.

Wow. It poured a cloudy orange color with a small white head. The aroma was of yeast, wood, citrus and some white wine. The taste was similar to the aroma, with some spiciness. Not what I expected, but really good.

Bottle->snifter. Orange-gold with small offwhite head. Citrus, earth, malt, grapes, yeast. Better than the North Coast version, but just barely.

preffered Deschutes version to this, and this huge bottle cost a little more...but it was a nice, warming zesty BSA. Solid scross the board, fruity. aromatic.,,

Pours a perky golden color wit a bubbley head. Aroma is fruity. Taste is sour, and crisp, maybe a hint of oak bourbon. An interesting Belgian Ale.

Had at a pizza/belgian beer place in a big hotel in Las Vegas. Having had some of the best Belgians around, I hesitate to do US versions. But a recommendation by waiter. This one is no exception....very sweet, to much co2. Distracting alcohol, wine vinious, if it worked as one it may have been better. It is fun testing other beers.

750ml bottle. Poured a golden color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of wood, grapes, and fruity.Tastes follow with some funk and tartness in the finish. Alcohol content overall well hidden.
