Pours a perky golden color wit a bubbley head. Aroma is fruity. Taste is sour, and crisp, maybe a hint of oak bourbon. An interesting Belgian Ale.

Had at a pizza/belgian beer place in a big hotel in Las Vegas. Having had some of the best Belgians around, I hesitate to do US versions. But a recommendation by waiter. This one is no exception....very sweet, to much co2. Distracting alcohol, wine vinious, if it worked as one it may have been better. It is fun testing other beers.

750ml bottle. Poured a golden color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of wood, grapes, and fruity.Tastes follow with some funk and tartness in the finish. Alcohol content overall well hidden.

Hazy orange appearance with great aroma of fermented wine grapes with a sweet but boozy finish. One of my favorite Belgium ale's

Aroma was really nice on this one. Some fruit notes, white wine characteristics. Some oak and vanilla from the barrels. Taste was slightly bitter, with a bit of funk. Medium body.

750 bottle from State Line. Pours turbid and headless orange, with a fizzy head that says, "I’m a blend of the 4 Sisters with some of my mother (Madame Rose) tossed in." Tastes tart, fruity, lactic, very complex, with a tart yeasty fruity nose. This one is stellar, and more complex than the level of math that you failed out of in college, probably 2nd year calculus.

Draft at Chruchkey courtesy of jackl, thank you sir! Golden color, flat. Aroma of mildy funky straw. taste is softly sour summer fruit. Mellow and easy to drink.

Sample at Hopfest 2014. Comes golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of fruit, malt, and yeast. Taste is tart fruit, yeast, malt, wood, and spice. Interesting.

A big golden orange and apricot color. Sour pineapple and cherry nose. Lots of sour flavor with generous white pepper. Cherry flavor with citrus and sugar.

May 13, 2014 - bottle from MGM. Cloudy orange pour with some head that faded quickly. Aroma was yeast, wood, citrus and white wine. Taste was consistent with aroma, but also had some spice. Finish was a bitter spice, just a bit too much for me.
