Yuk... served extra cold at Clybornes. Overwhelmning tastes of burnt plastic and asprin. Worst porter ive had by far. Left almost all of it. Waitress didnt care, she still billed me for it, even when i told her it was probably oxidized.

Pour is black with a thin brown head...smell is roasty and chocolatey with a nice rich coffee scent pouring out...taste is lightly sweet, with a dominating coffee flavor...thin and metallic...

UPDATED: MAY 27, 2008 tap at GI Cly....thanks andrew for entering this one.... poured a darkb brown body with very little head to be seen.... aroma of bitter coffee with very little of anything else.... flavors of coffee and roasted matly. mouthfeel was thin, fizzy, with a slighty watery body. could have used more depth but not bad.

on tap at gi lp. pours dark brown with small off white head. aroma is mostly coffee oils. flavors are coffee, nutty, oily, chocolate. fizzy mouth feel. pretty good stuff.
