Described as an golden ale with Michigan cherries. Draft at Clybourne brewpub. Pours a murky reddish amber with almost no head. Huge tart cherry aroma. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Flavor follows the aroma, which if full of tart cherries supported by a pale Belgian malt backdrop. Acidic finish. No lacto sourness since this is an ale and not a Kreik, which makes this similar to New Glarus Belgian Red, but not quite in that league. One dimensional in a good way.
