Bottle. Taste is mild hints of citrus, dough, pine cones, hops and hay. Decent, but very tame IPA.

Big Texas Beer Fest. Orange pour with a white head. Aroma is light fruit and caramel. Taste is bitter, bread, a little fruit, and a nice finish.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Got a variety pack of 12-oz Goose Island beers that I was eager to try out. Aroma is a bit weak, not much on the nose. Color is bright orange and surprisingly clear. Very light mouthfeel - smooth and crisp. Definitely a "session" IPA by flavor. Not bad, but nothing too incredible. Good hop flavor overall. Enjoyable.

The Goose Island Endless IPA is wildly pine-sap-flavored. It curdles my tongue like I just chewed a chunk of burning heartpine. It’s almost unfathomable how poorly this taints your throat, like a menthol cough drop. I’d like to blame ABInBev, but since 1997 their ales in general have been built on ashes and cinder blocks. This beer reminds me of radishes, more than hops.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz bottled 3 months ago. Clear orange appearance with a lacy, lingering white head. Aroma of toasted grains, light citrus, resinous hops, pine, grass. Similar flavor, mild hop bitterness and light sweetness with a lingering finish. Light to medium body, lightly crisp and pretty easy to drink. Overall, it’s just OK.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Golden body with a white head that had good retention and nice lace. Aroma had nice resin hops and the citrus hops were mild. Nice sweet caramel malts. Flavor was mostly resin and pine hops. Thankfully the citrus hops were mild and just enough to take the edge odd the other hop flavors. Malts were mostly sweet, but had a nice toasted note to them. Smooth beer.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Pours a mostly clear copperish color with a somewhat large white head on there. Nose has some grass in there as well as some darker citrus notes coming through. Taste is pretty light and moderately bitter, but definitely fresh and refreshing. Decent brew.

Had this at the Great Arkansas Beer Festival 2014. Pours golden yellow. Aroma is hoppy with some pine. Good carbonation and decent head retention. Overall, a drinkable beer but not great.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz bottle. Pours a clear fizzy golden with 1/2 inch white head that settled quickly to very thin layer of bubbles heading toward the rim. Aroma is mild oxidized hops and caramel malt. Flavor is same with slight vegetal grassy bitter note. Thin bodied, bright carbonation. Overly sweet malty finish.
