Draft at clybourn. Sorry for the long name but there actually isn’t a "name" listed for this. Pours slight hazy golden with small white head. Nose of banana, sweet grain, spicy yeast phenols, and white wine.. Flavors follow suit, banana, sweet bread, and some very mild sour fruit/cherry/mold thing finishing. Watery mouth feel, light and refreshing leaving impressions of zinfindal and Pinot gregio. Too bad it just doesn’t taste very good.
