Enjoyed on tap while eating at Goose Island Clybourn during their Rare Stout Night. This one is...fantastic! Appearance a vibrant orange/yellow hybrid with a rich and prominent white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, candy sugar, and maybe a hint of malt in the back end. Taste is actually really good, very smooth, like a Hoegaarden with carrot cake and coriander. An easy drinker, very enjoyable, would definitely enjoy again. And really, I wouldn’t think carrot would make a great additive to a brew but it really comes out nicely.
