3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cha Ching goes the cap ! Pours a bright golden color with a frisky tight bubbled white foam. The nose is a complex array of strawberry, yeast, vinous acidity and a bit of rustic grain. The palate is ligth and refreshing with nice complexity. Pepper, strawberry, hay, vinous oak, bright acidity... a touch thin but very enjoyable.

Yummy sour thats not worth the price point. Great strawberry flavor with some apple, and pepper in there. Nicely tart without being acidic. Its only flaw is a lack of depth. Tart strawberry juice.

21 feb 2014, bottle. Pale yellow and slightly murky. Faintly tart, strawberry syrup. Thin body and mildly fizzy. Faintly tart with some strawberry all throughout. Actually alright.

murky gold, thin white ring. Apricot and lotion nose has hints of acetic brightness, hints of earth and cherry. Sticky front is more apricot, soft doughy brett with light metallic hints mid before woody and drying fruit skin sour finish, lower carbonation and softer body allowing for subtlety.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
(bottle - 750 ml) Clear gold pour with lots of carbonation. Tart and sweet aroma, almost with a hint of fermented apple cider. Flavor is really fruity at the start but then the sour dryness takes over and blends into it and enhances the various fruit notes that you get from it. Dry finish with a light sweetness.

765ml bottle shared with my girlfriend on Valentine’s day. Pours a clear golden color with a thin pinkish white head that leaves light lacing plenty of champagne like bubbles too. Smells of tart strawberry, fresh cut grass, oak, and honey. Tastes of the same things in the smell with a tart wine like flavor with the white pepper lingering in the back end. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation and a dry finish. Great wine barrel aged farmhouse style strawberry saison but a little overpriced in my opinion. Its one of the better sours I’ve had in recently. Would be interesting to try on tap.
