On tap at the brewpub (Chicago, IL). Pours a straw almost champagne hue, light, white grape juice with small whitish head that rings, laces very small. Aromas are touches of sweet pear and white peach, some apple, bready malts, grain. Some gentle pushes of lemon. Initial is light bodied offering some crisp clean cereal grains, bread, flaked rice cereal. Some gentle touches of pear and apple, very subtle, with some light lemon essence. Finish leaves just a faint tart fruit element, clean malt bill, lingering lemon rind. Much cleaner lingering on the palate, bread and some cereal malts. Very light bodied, a fruity kick up front tempering into a summer sessioner of a Golden Ale. Pretty nice. Didn’t look pretty, but it’s fine
