A collaboration series beer done by one of my favorite chefs in Chicago, Graham Elliot. GE I love the creativity in your good, come un dude why not some creativity in the beer??? A super ugly blonde with light copper hints, white head, ok retention and lacing...Aroma is super light, only a whisper of honey...The taste is way to sweet all honey and wheat just too sweet...Super light feel, easy to drink quickly but can’t sip as its too sweet. An ok blonde but if you’re a GE fan be prepared to be let down.

Appearance is fairly typical - kind of a straw yellow color but with some excellent lacing left behind. Aroma is surprisingly mild but the flavors explode - pineapple, lychee, lemongrass, etc all subtly do their part to produce an excellent (and fruity) brew - this would be great for hot summer days. Not overly carbonated with a nice very slightly syrupy feel to it. Tasty and refreshing, I could drink this all day. Liked it so much I bought a growler to take home with me...
