COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Green Line Pale Ale is a honey-colored, immensely sessionable American pale ale with a pronounced, bright, American hop aroma and citrus flavor. Notes of biscuit and lightly toasted malt create the backbone for Green Line’s pleasant, crisp bitterness.

The best I can go on this is not too bad... It's like entry level pale ale here..nothing is bright about it as is described. Dull hop front with slight hop aroma and taste...the maltiness comes through more than all else ... It's fine just doesn't hold up when you have sooo many other rock star pales and iPas in Chicago ( half acres daisy cutter...Piece the weight...etc etc etc....) I'll pass next time unless I'm in a pinch... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Seriously one of the worst beers I have drank lately. Tastes horrible and it lingers way to long.

Amber pour. Piney, crisp aroma. Thin, watery body. Grain is moderately present, and cotrus is mild if existent at all.

Draft @ Cubs Bar & Grill (Chicago, IL). Poured clear, golden nice off white head and lots of lacing. Aroma of grain and pale malts with a hint of hops. Taste is consistent, Sweet, malty some fruit notes and some hoppy bitterness towards the end. Solid Pale Ale, but not to special; easy to drink.

Entirely unremarkable. Slight citrus hop aroma, light crackery palate, subdued hops. Good creamy head with nice lacing on draft. Tastes like imperial Budweiser, will not drink this again.

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2015 Gold color, lacing head. It looks good. Very little aroma at all. Light flavor, some hops, but not a lot. The palate is thin and the malt flavor is very light. Not good.

Tap @ Giordanos Hazy golden straw w islands of white creamy foam. Not much of a nose.. Your typical light pale ale nose.. Taste is middle of the road us pale ale with light fresh hop. It’s detectable and goes well w the light malt base. Light bitter hop aftertaste. Mouthfeel Is fresh, alive and light.

Tap at Hilton Chicago. Weak pale color and nose is cheap fuzz hop. Little bit of spice in there then it's dead. Not that good. Not horrid but would Keep looking.

On tap at Chili’s ORD. Clear medium gold with a small off white head. Nose is mostly tofee and biscuit with light floral and citrus. Flavour is mostly medium sweet toffee with only a hint of bitterness. Mouth is slightly thin and creamy with slightly soft carbonation. Drinks more like an English pale ale.
