COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Green Line Pale Ale is a honey-colored, immensely sessionable American pale ale with a pronounced, bright, American hop aroma and citrus flavor. Notes of biscuit and lightly toasted malt create the backbone for Green Lineís pleasant, crisp bitterness.

On tap at the Chicago OíHare Airport. Nice to try something new from Goose Island, but disappointing that they didnít have the Bourbon County Stout promised by the menu. Oh well. Pours a very light orange, nice head. Aroma is light biscuit malt and faint citric hops. Flavor is a match. Not bad, but just a run of the mill pale ale.

On tap in a shaker. Color is pale and kinda plain looking. Minimal head, but nice lacing. Aroma is somewhat sweet not as much hop character or citrus as I would like. Taste is nice balance of hops and malt on the sweeter side which is nice and refreshing.

About as bland a pale ale you can find. No character. Very little hop aroma. No body. Bland. Bland. Bland. - Rated with Beer Rater for Windows Phone

Draft. Golden body with a frothy, white head. Aroma of toasted grain, light citrus, lemon, leafy hops. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Relatively clean and crisp, but with a hint of husky grain. Light floral taste.

Amber hued body capped by creamy ivory head. Great lace. Bready malt & floral nose. Biscuit flavors, malt backbone & hoppy bitter finish.

Iím getting this on tap at multiple Chicago locations. Itís becoming my go-to beer when I donít know what the hell Iím doing. Itís a mild IPA: solid color, taste, palate. Score should reflect that.

A nice amber tint. Bold flavor that goes down smooth. Crisp pale ale scent. Among the better pale ales.

Draft to pint. Looks solid; a transparent burnt orange with eggshell head. Smells and tastes of bitter hops and pale malt with an average mouthfeel. Alright.

On draft at Chicago midway. Was excited to get some local craft brew, but found out after I ordered that is was made by Goose Island (AKA, InBev). Donít get me wrong they make some good beers, but some are very macro-esque. Anyway, this is pretty much not a pale ale, as I percieve negligible hops in the aroma or taste. Wouldnít be a bad beer at the ballpark or a BBQ, but not what I was looking for when I ordered a pale ale. Meh.
