COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Green Line Pale Ale is a honey-colored, immensely sessionable American pale ale with a pronounced, bright, American hop aroma and citrus flavor. Notes of biscuit and lightly toasted malt create the backbone for Green Line’s pleasant, crisp bitterness.

Then only saving grace of getting stuck at O’Hare airport (as usual) is drinking beer and eating Sriracha wings at Goose Island pub. Decent beer. Too tired to say more.

I thought this was adequate, like a light pale. Very lightly hopped, almost like a cream ale.

Bottle@Lou Malnati’s, Chicago. Deep golden color, white head. Hoppy aroma. Aromatic fruit flavor. Medium body, medium carbonation. Not bad.

Pretty decent, but average pale ale. Sampled this on draft at the original Uno’s in Chicago. Light copper color, good amount of hops in the nose along with bready and malty notes. The beer laced fairly nice around the inside of the glass. The body and flavors were well-balanced and delicious, with a nice amount of dry and flowery hops. I also tasted a balanced amount of bready malt in the flavors.

Draft at the Chicago O’Hare Airport. Pours almost clear amber with a thick, fizzy off white head. Tastes like crisp cracker malt, straw, grass, light musky dry citrus hops, some lemon, and a light sweetness. Light body and blow carbonation. Smells like biscuit malt, light corn, light citrus, and a bit musky.

Several 16oz pints at Frank’s Bar Chicago. Pours a clear orange with a ring of white head. Nose wasn’t so great, some cheap malt, some orange, a little cotton candy. Flavor is very weak, honey, cheap malt, orange, some biscuit, a little artificial sweetness. Slightly cloying finish.

Almost forgot to rake this one, had on tap in the Hilton on Michigan ave. pours light amber, off white head, mostly translucent. Toasted malt, light citrus and pine undulate, mild bitterness makes this a balanced beast. Light to medium body with ample carbonation to keep it chugging along.

ORD airport. Moderate corn Pils aroma, noble hops? In a pale? WTF? Really wonder if somebody mounted the wrong keg.

Draught at O Hare airport. Basic pale with balances malt That is about the most I can say for pricey airport beer.

On tap. Amber color with one finger head. Slight grapefruit aroma. Taste is similar with a small amount of malt. Smooth.

Pale, yes. Ale, barely. Pours out with nice creamy head, but dances closely to lager territory . Faint malt aroma, more bread, malt in the taste . Short finish, not much hops to speak of.
