Tasted on 6/27/14 from a crown capped 750mL bottle purchased at Bruisin’ Ales. Pours hazy, bright, light orange with a thick, fluffy white head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is a really amazing aroma that perfectly blends fresh peach, spicy saison yeast, some funk, a touch of bready malt, and plenty of lactic sourness. The flavor is the same, with the very bright, fresh peach, just enough funk, and a bit of spicy yeast with a lactic, sour finish. The body is medium with average carbonation and a long sour and spicy peach finish. This beer is really good.

Bottle sample at De Bierkoning during Carnival Brettanomyces 2016. Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 24.06.2016. Taste with Ogi. Pour it hazy yellow color with small white head. Aroma of lemon and watermelon. Taste sweet peach, smooth yeasty texture, creamy, woody feel, cheese little bit, pretty funky and interesting, nice balanced.

On tap at the Malt Shoppe in Wauwatosa. Golden peachy pour with little head. Aroma has peaches, oak, brett. Some other fruits. All strong and distinctly identifiable. Taste follows the nose - but perhaps even better. The blend is excellent, with the peach and oak combining well, and the funky brett poking through. Fairly light bodied, with soft carbonation. Finishes tartly sweet and long. This was surprisingly excellent. 16.4

Bomber into snifter glass, clear yellow-golden color with white lacing. Aroma notes of peach, barnyard yeast funk, grainy malt, white wine, dried apricot and brett. Taste adds white grape, vanilla, citrus zest and sour yeast. Light-medium body, moderate-low carbonation, soft, lively with sharp tart fruity finish. May be my first peach sour, very nice.

At the epic peach/apricot sour tasting. Aroma is peach, barnyard, tart, rustic, good. Appearance is straw golden, white head, mostly clear. Taste is peaches, funk, an unpleasant sweetness, tart, barnyard, ok. Mouthfeel is light to medium body, light crisp carbonation, peach funk aftertaste. Overall, eh. Decent.
