Tasted on 6/27/14 from a crown capped 750mL bottle purchased at Bruisin’ Ales. Pours hazy, bright, light orange with a thick, fluffy white head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is a really amazing aroma that perfectly blends fresh peach, spicy saison yeast, some funk, a touch of bready malt, and plenty of lactic sourness. The flavor is the same, with the very bright, fresh peach, just enough funk, and a bit of spicy yeast with a lactic, sour finish. The body is medium with average carbonation and a long sour and spicy peach finish. This beer is really good.

Bottle at Bruce’s leaving drinks. It pours cloudy gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, juicy, sour peach, apricot yoghurt, creamy, earthy brett, vanilla, spice and parma violets. The taste is crisp, tart, sherbet, peach, apricot, earth, funky, lactic, oak, hay, gooseberry, vinous, touch of acidity and light vanilla with a dry finish. Medium body and hugging, foamy carbonation. Perhaps more sweet than as sour as I had hoped for. Still pretty solid.

Pours a hazy straw color with a white head that disipates quickly leaving a bit of lacing. It smells like a mix of funk, peaches, lacto, white wine, brett malts and wheat. The taste is much the same but where it differs is The ability to make all of the flavors work in concert and stick to the base style. It still has the peppery, grainy saison taste, the Brett is present but doesn’t take the forefront and the sourness works with the peaches very well. It’s got a decent bit of carbonation and it leaves a good peachy flavor at the finish. Overall it’s an awesome beer, delivers exactly what’s described on the bottle and exceeded expectations

Pours slightly hazy straw-gold with a fine white head. Aroma is tartness (malic/acetic), vinous, white grape, green apple, light peach, hay, leaves, funk, and dried pineapple. Taste is vinous, malic tartness, peach, white grape, green apple, piña colada(?), light toast, hay, yeast funk, oak, and light bitterness. Light-med body, fine carbonation, good level of sourness, fairly dry. Light and refreshing, like a fruity vinegar soda (that’s a good thing).

Bottle, dated August 2013. Pours a cloudy pale peach yellow with fluffy head. Aroma is very nice with fuzzy peach skin, tangerine, SweeTarts, grapefruit zest, faint grain, mango, light sweat and funk. Taste is a bit more standard with mega grapefruit juice and crackery grains, banana, spice, pineapple, orange soda, fruity but dry with a citrus pith and oaky finish and some hops too. Surprisingly full and creamy mouthfeel. Solid.

It poured a hazy straw color with a white head. The aroma was of sour tropical fruits with a brett dankness. The taste was slightly sour/tart tropical fruits with a little barnyard dankness and some peppery taste of brett. Very nice.

Bottle... Pours hazy and golden with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The nose is both fruity and funky. Light to medium-bodied and dry with lively carbonation. The flavor is mostly fruity, tangy and bright, but is also fairly bland and watery, followed by a lightly bitter finish. Bottle courtesy of newcigarz!
