On tap at Birdsall House during their Goose Island event. Pours a murky milky amber and apricot with a thin white head. Tangerine, fruit flesh, tamarind. Honey, chewy fruit, soft and sweet. Sweet and tangy, more tamarind. Interesting. A lot more substance than most lighter fruit infused wheat beers.
