Has nice red tint color, Not overpowering on the hops,I sure it would be better on tap. Was expceting a little more hop to come out.

Nothing really stands out. No real aroma to speak of, little head. Dark reddish amber. My first sips tasted good; slightly fruity, refreshing. First beer of the night. After those first few sips it got boring. The further down the pint I got, the thinner and more tired I became of it. Very mild in all aspects, I guess a stepping stone beer.

This was my personal session ale before Three Floyds Alpha King came to town! On tap it is a different, cleaner, hoppier ale. The bottle just gives a slight sour taste instead of the fresher bitter bite given by itís tapped version.. On tap, the balance of sweet malts and Citrusy hops is so much more evident. Still, I like their special brewpub cask conditioned stuff and seasonals over the honkers.

The first time I had this I thought it had nice body. The second time it lacked hop bite and flavor. A decent beer, but could use more IBU.

Not overly impressed, but far from the worst on the planet. Itís cold and drinkable, thatís about it.

Medium brown color, small head. Roasted, nutty malts, floral hops with very little hop bitterness. Nice balance. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is malty, no bitterness. The malts shine through on this beer.

Not great, and not bad. Definitely middle of the road but slightly better than the average bear, I mean beer. But it IS number 400!

A light, watery amber color with a nose of cooking wort, this ale gets better as you drink it, but still does not excite me much. The long bitter finish is nice, it keeps lingering on.
