3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
355ml bottle from Trader Joes Indianapolis. Pours a dark amber wth a thick head that didn’t last. Aroma is malty sweetness. Flavour is the same, with just enough hops to keep it from getting cloying, but not asserting themselves. Very nice bitter.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Correcte.

UPDATED: AUG 3, 2005 (draft) A great beer for starting out an evening, yet interesting enough to make an entire session out of it. Smooth and malty. Tastes like it should have a higher ABV.

Draught from The Pub poured into shaker - Pours amber with a tint of red with a 1 finger white head; Sweet malt, hops, a little spice to the nose; Floral and pine hops, some malt on the initial taste; Not bitter at all; A clean, hoppy, piney backtaste; A very refresing beerthat I enjoyed. The carbonation was a bit heavy to start with, but I think that may have been the lines at the bar. It did die down eventually. Good stuff!

12 oz bottle, Wolfgang Puck’s, O’Hare Airport. Crystal copper color, white hed, nice lacing. Aroma of crystal malts and spicy hops. Big malty flavor, hops not over the top but well done. If available to me locally, I would make this my house ale.

It’s OK but not really for my taste. A little too citric and bitter. Seems quite carbonated
