It is hazy, dark orange with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruit and caramel. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of fruit, citrus (mostly oranges), caramel and malt. The finish is dry, and the beer is uncomplicated and pleasant, it seems very British in the hop choice.

Draught at Flying Saucer in Little Rock. Pours copper with a tall foamy off-white head and spotty lacing. Aroma is floral citrus hop, caramel medium roasted malt (meal) with trace yeast. Medium bitterness and acidic hop flavor, malt body, low sweetness and lasting flavor. Medium bodied and crisp, refreshing palate.

330ml bottle (K CM, Helsinki) - at 4.7% (supermarket strength)
Rich amber, small persistent head. Lovely sweet fruity hoppy aroma. Some more savoury and spicy aromas too, more like UK hops. Gentle carbonation, smooth palate. Caramelly maltiness, and also a fruity sweetness, augmented with a tasty well balanced bitter hoppiness. Some hints of soap occasionally. Fruity and spicy hoppy finish. A touch sticky alas. However, it’s a good effort from a US brewer at this strength, better than your average UK bitter.

Bottle @ home, picked up at RJs Fort Collins. Pours a dark orange appearance with a cream colored head. Bready, chewy/doughy, light caramel, herbal aroma. Pretty good body. Light tangerine, dough, caramel, toast, earthy flavor. A bit twangy. Not something I’d buy again but it’s not bad.

bottle from wisconsinbeer, thanks! Deep copper pour, barely any head at all. Aroma is very malty and some sawdust notes(previous entry below me nailed it!). Flavor is pretty plain, malty and maybe a bit nutty. Slight hop profile lends itself to the english style. Not bad, not amazing.

The aroma is slightly malty. Notes of toffee and caramel. This crystal clear, deep amber beer has a small, white head. Mostly diminishing with excellent lacing. The flavor is perfectly balanced with bursts of caramel and butterscotch. Medium-length, dry finish with fresh cut fescue at the far end.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with kramer17801 (thanks!). Bottle labeled BB 031007. Poured a medium and slightly hazy orange color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of caramel and some citrus. Tastes of toasted malts, caramel, and some citrus. Drinkable but kinda boring.
