COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A wedding weissbeir brewed by Fulton brewer Frank for his marriage to the lovely Elizabeth. It has a bright hop and citrus nose intertwined with spicy, clove yeast aroma, which comes from a special Austrian yeast strain. Hops come through on the palate, with a dry, lingering hop finish. Rais your glass to them living "hoppily ever after."

JPDIPSO (4957) - Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 30, 2008

Cloudy golden color with a moderate dense, light ecru head. Wheat and minty hops aromas. Sweet wheat start along with a touch of apricots. Plenty of pale malt in the flavors. Light citrus, spice and mint come out again in the finish and linger. A hoppy weisse.

A very light, drinkable wheat. Had on draft at the Clybourn brewpub. Lacks all the great qualities that I crave in a wheat beer such as banana, clove and bubblegum. For the name, there were few hops to speak of. This is certainly no Gumballhead from 3 Floyds, but a refreshing beer nonetheless. A decent beer, but not great.

on at clybourn, pours hazy orange with white head. nose is wheaty, orangy, floral. flavors is wheaty with big citrusy hop profile, herbal, spice, and clovey finish. full mouth feel. very nicely hopped up hefe.
