Attractive deep amber capped by off white head in my plastic cup. Was enjoyable on the beautiful sunny day watching a bizzarre pitching line for ivan nova. 7 ip 6er 12k. A few Of these and i eould not have been able to navigate nyc as well as i had. Heres to the reds.

Goose shit. Just kidding... I like it okay, but won’t order again. I want at least a hint of sweet in my IPAs. Nice lacing and color but that’s not all I need.

Solid ambery look to a nice iPa. A bit of that cigarette butt vibe I get from ipas from time to time.

On tap at Yankee Stadium for $12. By far the best of the slim selection of beers possible for consumption by me. I had one. I had to ration the money since we were planning on going to a few beer bars after the game. Nose is whisked away by the steady breeze and the idiots constantly getting up to get more beer (Bud lite of all choices) or to go to the men’s room. Stunning deep amber in the plastic cup. Not dispensed with Nitrogen. This was found at a "Beers of the world" stand (section 420C). I was told by the worker that this was an "elite" beer. Well, maybe for Yankee Stadium. As both UD and I agreed, two of these and we would have been feeling pretty damn good in the sun watching the Yankees lose to the Reds.....(hooray). Potent hops from start to finish. It did go well with the ambient temperature pretzel.

Poured on tap and golden amber with Lacey off white head. Chalsk is a v a g I n a. Bitter piney and grass tasting hop, with slight malt in after taste. Very earthy and decent IPA

Tried this at the Clybourn Brewpub. It was a good introduction to a what GI has to offer outside the flagship 312. Not overpowering and great aroma and went great with the Cuban and pub chips (a must try if you go there).

On Tap. I am guessing this is the Horizon- the menu just said Goose Island IPA. From the descriptions on rate beer, this one sounded the closest to what I had. The beer was a gold color and clear. There was an initial malty sweetness and then a grassy bitterness in the aftertaste that lingered for awhile. It mellowed a little bit as it warmed up. Decent, overall.

Outstanding. One of the best drinking beers I’ve ever had. It’s from the mother of all teets. Absolutely delicious. I could live on this stuff.

Goose Island IPA har en fin gyllen gul färg och en helt vit skumtopp.
Den doftar fruktigt och smaken är ganska distinkt av apelsinskal och ananas. Efter en liten stund i munhålan tycker jag frukten försvinner och ersätts av en ganska bitter eftersmak som förstör mycket av upplevelsen. Ett alternativ till vardagsöl kan den kanske vara om man sitter ute och solen steker, men jag tror näppe jag orkar mer än ett glas innan jag vill ha något annat. Doften och första intrycket var ok, men tyvärr sjunker upplevelsen med den mycket bittre eftersmaken.
