COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lover’s dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one you’ll remember.

Pours bronze with a thick, frothy foam forming on top. Aroma of exotic fruitiness, citrus and some pine - more varied than the usual grassy theme. Taste is medium bitter, fresh and crisp. Hoppiness is strong; maltiness balances and adds strength to the body. Citrus and other fruits feature in the flavours. Palate is medium bodied and very smooth, the carbonation just about right for a good drinkability. Not really any flaws in this American style IPA, easy to drink and rich in taste.

12 Oz bottle to pint glass, pours a nice golden amber color with foamy head and some minor lacing. Hops dominates the nose of this beer. It has all of the IPA qualities that I like, but not too bitter

Golden mostly clear body work of white creamy head. Very rich citrus and resin aroma, truly American. Not a double ipa but rather light enough to keep drinking and still get lots of favour. Medium bitterness to fit this, clean yeast. Very solid yet accessible ipa. Especially good aroma. Nice! (33cl bottle from Bière Révolution)

Hazy dark orange amber. Small white head, partially lasting with good lacing. Solid hoppiness in flavor and aroma with a little sweetness tucked in there. Grapefruit stands out. Hoppy bitter finish. Solid..
