COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop loverís dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one youíll remember.

Even though I live in Chicago, I havenít had a Goose IPA in a while. The beer pours gold and has a very thin head that quickly disappears. The aroma is of strong pine hops. The flavor tastes the same and has a strong lingering bitterness to it, more bitter than most IPAs. Not that well balanced, but still a decent beer.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, lighter than normal IPAs, which hints at the flavor profile. Flavor is much spicier and sharper than I like in an IPA. Needs more depth, the malt is almost non-existent. Seems a little harsh. Iím a big fan of goose island, but this is one of my favorite styles and i must say I was disappointed. Finish, however, is very clean.

Beautiful hazy golden colour, full floral hop aroma. The flavour matches the aroma with lots of floral sweetness and a lingering hop bitterness. Beautiful stuff. I order it by the case but wish it were more easily available here in Nottingham.

Pours a light amber, a bit lighter than the average IPA I would say, with a thin, quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is nice piny hops and a bit of sweet malt. The flavor is mostly bold, bitter piny hops with a sturdy backbone bone of syrupy malt. This beer isnít quite as well balanced as the top of the line IPAs but all the right flavors are there, even if they are are blended perfectly. The mouthfeel is pretty good for the style. Overall solid, inexpensive and very sessionable.

Pours medium amber with a full off-white head. Nice lacing is left on the glass as it is drank. Floral hops and spice dominate the aroma. Nice, full, creamy mouthfeel leads to a perfect example of how an IPA should taste. Hops, caramel, pine, and more hops. Finishes slightly bitter, which is no surprise. A great beer at a great price.

This was a very hoppy beer like it should be, both in the aroma and in flavor. I really liked this beer.

Decent over-all IPA. Aroma of strong hops and taste of strong hops and aroma of pine, strong hop, and very light fruit, perhaps peach. A good beer overall and a very decent IPA. Would buy again in a variety pack and maybe even on its own.

Bottle. Nice copper color with a fluffy white head that lasted and left a nice lacing. Wonderful hoppy aroma. Superb flavor of malt, with a touch of sweetness, dominated but, not overly so, by the floral hop flavor. Excellent mouthfeel makes this beer a keeper
