My favorite from These guys... not as hoppy as I was hoping for, but I think i may have an issue when it comes to that area. Again, I like the $1.30 price tag on the goose island stuff (which may be why i like them so much!)

bottle. poured a clear amber with a very nice off-white head. Laceing was extremely nice and left a good trail as I worked my way to the bottom of the glass. quite hoppy, a true IPA.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Clear amber appearance with an average head and good lacing. Hoppy aroma blended some spicyness along with the citrus. Medium-bodied with a decent malt backbone to balance the hops. Dry, bitter finish.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours orange/amber with a tiny white head. Stong citrus aroma. Great grapefruit hoppy taste and an aftertaste of the same. This beer is way underrated. Crisp and hoppy. Great stuff.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Feb, 2003: This has a hoppy profile like the Golden Summer Ales that British brewers are currently making as fast as the British can consume them. The fruity malt base is a beautiful counterpoint to the citric hops, and tastes rather English if just a little syrupy. The hops seem to be the main thing here, and they are very tasty. I assume the hops are American because we have no hops this sharp in Britain. Very enjoyable.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Poured a medium sized off-white head, fair lacing, transparent, carbonated, and an orange hue. Malty, hoppy and sweet in the aroma. Flavor was sweet, lightly bitter, and very hoppy. Tingly, hoppy and somewhat dry mouthfeel. Medium bodied.

Green hoppy nose. Lightly toasted malt, a little doughy. Sweet malt, slightly herbal. Floral sweet finish. This is a solid beer.

Thanks to Indra for sending this one my way.
Good ambe color under an average white head.
Flowery hop aroma with some pine in there too.
The flavor starts with ainitial hop bitterness and then the malt comes in from behind to balance this one out nicely. Good quaffable IPA.
