COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lover’s dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one you’ll remember.

On tap at Pours out a light golden topped with a long lasting head. Nose is pretty much all malts with a touch of hops a little citrus and pine. Taste is dominated by the malty grain and the touch of hops. Forsure a very unhoppy ipa.

Bottle BBE: 21Oct15. Well-chilled. Clear amber body with a small number of floaters; medium-sized, creamy, patchy white head. Fresh aromas of cooking apple, lemon, lime and orange. High, but not over-powering bitterness to taste, with a little sweetness. Light-bodied, but not thin, the texture is quite slick. Fairly high carbonation and a bitter finish. Overall a solid American/English IPA crossover.

Leuchtend orange zeigt sich das IPA im Glas und verströmt typisch fruchtige Aromen. Etwas Malz und eine schöne fruchtige Bitternote bilden ein rundes Geschmackserlebnis. Gut!

Bottle, 355ml. Pours clear golden. Hopnose, not overwhelming but certainly inviting. Slight chaff aroma, not very citrussy, more earthy and herbal green hop aroma. Very crisp, very clean, mellow palate, bitter finish. Nice

330 mL bottle. Clear gold-amber pour with a great sticky off-white head, lots of lace. Nose is a bit weak but what is there is mostly grainy malt with lighter hops. Taste is nice and fresh, hops, citrus and pine. Overall a good IPA.

Not a whole lot on the nose, this Canadian made Goose has equal parts pine and citrus on the tongue. Very smooth but no pizzazz. Very drinkable.

Pours a mostly clear gold with a two finger larger bubbled cream colored head that leaves some spots of lace. Nose involves sweet fruit, damp pine, herbs, and honey. Fairly sweet, decently bitter. Medium bodied, fairly active, somewhat oily, some brightness, with a long resinous drying bitter finish. Decent, old school IPA. On the tame side, and the sweet side, but has some redeeming characteristics despite being owned by SATAN!
