COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lover’s dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one you’ll remember.

Bottle at Midway Airport. Drank it right from the bottle. Tastes more like a PA than an IPA but balanced well. ----Hophaze out

12 oz bottle from the supermarket. Aroma is Pixie Stix, faint, paint thinner. Pours slightly hazy golden with a large long-retaining off-white head with excellent retention, leaving lace. Taste is bittersweet, citrusy. Pretty average.

Pours a medium yellow-brown with a white head. Nose is hops with malt. Plate is medium thick with the luscious of malt up front and hop bitterness at the end and aftertaste, which lingers.

Pours a light gold, with white head. Aroma of hops and malt. Taste is well blended, smooth, and very drinkable. Thumbs up!

Aroma was a bit flat, with a little malt, hops and something funky in an off kinda way. Nice pour, good head. Taste malty, roasted and a small amount of bitterness. This beer fell short of an average IPA. Disappointed.

Very nice ipa. Not overly hoppy makes it easy to drink. The golden color is a bit misleading but overall a solid ipa for a bigger brewery ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Clear golden, medium sized creamy white head. White bread, light pine, sweet tropical fruits, crisp, clean. Medium body, light/medium sweet and bitter, oily texture, soft carbonation. Good balance, high drinkability.

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2014 Had it out of a bottle. Poured a beautiful clear "sister" golden color. It has a fizzy head and uneven lacing. Wet basement booty stank smell belies the good but not great tasting hoppy malty IPA. I also had it on tap at the Clybourn brew pub
