COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lover’s dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one you’ll remember.

Not too hoppy at all for an American IPA. Well-balanced taste with subtle falvours of orange and copper. Very drinkable but not overly exciting.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2013 A very well rounded IPA. Beautiful on the nose, crisp with the hop without being too thin on the palate. I enjoy the robustness of Imperials more, but this is super solid.

Had this one at the brew pub right down the street from Wrigley Field. I was pleasantly surprised by this IPA. Nice fruity aroma. Starts lightly on the palate with a burst of hops in the end. Long and tasty finish.

12oz bottle (thanks to shigadeyo) poured a clear orange color with a small white head. The aroma was floral citrus with some pine and caramel malts. Taste was well balanced with a small push toward the hops. Good malt profile make this beer a nice treat. A big change from all the west coast IPA’s that are normally around.

bottle from bierkoning amsterdam. Pours a orange beer with a very good head. Head stays there for a long time. Strong aroma with hints of different types of fruits. Taste is very nice with sweet notes. The aftertaste is bitter. Very good beer. To bad its from USA so I can’t drink it everytime.

Extra refreshing well balanced IPA. I love that brew, easy to drink, clean, soft and light. Smooth, dry enough, hoppy, malty ... GOOD !
