COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop loverís dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one youíll remember.

Fair. Nothing special here. Although it is easy to drink. The hops are more subtle, so it might be a good started IPA for some. Plus, itís beer and beer is good. Aroma is somewhat underwhelming, and the taste is somewhat better then where the aroma leads you...a dollar or two more would probably get you something awesome, though...

On tap at The Old Pro in Palo Alto, CA. Taste is very light / session IPA. Not great but also not completely offensive either.

Bottle from Albert Heijn. The beer is golden/yellow colored and has a stable white head, with average carbonation. The aroma is hoppy and fruity, with tones of tropical fruits, grapefruits and melon. The taste is medium sweet and medium bodied, and tones from the aroma are present. The finish goes from the sweetness into a pleasant hoppy bitterness which diminishes over time. Nice and solid IPA.

Bottle from beermerchants.com. Aroma has some subtle hops and is bit sweet together with some fruits. Pours dark orange with a rich white head. Taste is very hoppy and has taste of fruits, citrus and grape fruit. Palate has a fresh zing and a sweet feeling. Overall a surprisingly fresh beer.

Very nice floral aroma. Pours slightly hazy and light orange. Off-white head with large bubbles fades quickly. Very good balance between malt and hops. Well carbonated and light on the palate. Maybe a bit thin. Overall a very nice IPA.

Older bottle. Pours golden with a thin white head. Decent hop aroma, floral, citrus and soapy with a good malt background. Taste is more malty than I wouldíve thought, decent floral/citrus hop taste, but not enough for my taste. Some nice caramel notes in the finish. Medium body, a little carbonation.

Bottle. Pours gold with thick white head. Aroma is floral with grapefruit. Flavor is the same with some tropical fruit. Solid IPA.

12 oz bottle, slightly hazy light gold pour, big creamy white lasting head, good lacing, aroma of citrus and lets you know it will be crisp, light sweet malt, nice hop balance, on the grapefruit side, light to medium body does have that oily texture but therefore not all that complex, lowish alcohol % nice and drinkable, good for the summer to drink a few, more American than English though

Pours a clear light amber with a thin white head. Aromas of some citrus and floral hops but rather tame. Flavor is hop heavy with a slight malt backbone and a bitter dry finish. First Goose Iíve tried and I will say this is a highly drinkable IPA. Not near the best Iíve tried but solid nonetheless.

A little disappointing in the hop department. Has a slightly bitter nose, very biting. The malt is apparent in the aroma. Nice amber coloring, slightly hazy. Flavor is nice and balanced, which is nice for most, though I prefer more hop profile, hence my disappointment. Smooth finish, with a touch of fruit (citrus) at the end. Overall, not my preferred IPA, but I wouldnít turn it down.
