Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop loverís dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one youíll remember.

Draft. Aroma is hoppy, but more floral than most IPAs. Appearance is a light bronze with some good, white lacing. Taste starts out almost sweet, then turns hop bitter before rolling into a danky hop finish. Palate is hoppy, but nice for an IPA. Overall, a good IPA. Very drinkable. Would buy again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at home. Pours a clear amber with a white head. Aroma of fruity citrus hops, floral, hints of pine, resin. Taste is hoppy bitter, citrus, peachy, malts, bitter ending with more piney, resiny, hops in the aftertaste. Not bad.

Pours cloudy pale gold. Floral hop nose, with flavors well balanced citrus and floral hop flavors with smooth maltiness. Nothing spectacular, but just a really solid IPA without being too heavy on the hops.

Foolishly, I often overlook this brew at the store. But, for the price, it is truly a special find. Citrusy and very well hopped, it is an IPA loverís dream. Always fresh, this one will become a standard in my fridge.

From bottle. Pours a clear golden orange with decent head. Aroma was grapefruit and grain. taste follows with a clean crisp finish. Balanced and a decent bitter bite at the end.

Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a small white head. Aroma is sweet grass and citrus - marmalade toast. Taste is smooth and drinkable. Hopped, but not wildly. Flavors of mild citrus and some sweet malt that lingers on the palate. Very little bitterness beyond the aftertaste. This is not a hardcore IPA that will set hop-heads atwitter, but it really is quite enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice and hoppy, the way a beer should be. Citrusy hops overwhelm the flavor here, but it still makes for a very tasty beer.

Poured a nice attractive orange/amber color with decent white head that stayed for a while. The aroma was was of citrus fruit. The taste was hoppy but well-balanced by the maltiness. The mouthfeel was good and the drinkability of this IPA was way up there. I liked.

It poured a copper golden color and left a nice white head that left some nice lace. A little bit of carbonation. It had an aroma of hops and some hops and some citrus. The taste was of hops, citrus and malt. The finish was a touch dry and bitter with elements of the forementioned, which was good. I found this to be a great IPA for the money(at least in my state). While not the best by far, a good IPA for those that arenít trying to break the bank.
