Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop loverís dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one youíll remember.

UPDATED: MAR 26, 2016 Een helder, goudkleurig bier met witte kraag. Aroma hoppig en bittere smaak zoals je van een IPA verwacht. Verder weinig complex of bijzonder en een beetje waterig. Mwah.

Aroma is a bit piney with light hop. Taste is pretty bitter/sour and not sweet. Not balanced well. Kind of a gross hop flavor. Bleh.

From the bottle. Cloudy golden pour with fine head. Sour citrus with floral hints. Long bitter finish. High carbonation, perhaps a little too gassy. Not a session beer but overall very nice.

Now this is what Iím talking about! Great bright color, citric, piney aroma, tremendous bitter flavor and aftertaste, with just enough malt to keep it even. Big Daddy fans will really like this one. Certainly the best non-West Coast IPA Iíve had to date.

One of the best American beers easily available in Scotland. Heavy, fruity american (cascade?) hop aroma, orangey, resinous, with some vanilla and pepper. Lovely medium mouthfeel with oily, bitterness and a long bitter finish, again with fruit evident as well as bags of hops.

Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a small white head. Aroma is sweet grass and citrus - marmalade toast. Taste is smooth and drinkable. Hopped, but not wildly. Flavors of mild citrus and some sweet malt that lingers on the palate. Very little bitterness beyond the aftertaste. This is not a hardcore IPA that will set hop-heads atwitter, but it really is quite enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: APR 20, 2014 12 oz Bottle. The beer pours to a light copper color with a small white head. The aroma is very strong with citrus, floral & a small amount of caramel. The taste has a light body with a slightly sweet taste upfront with a mild bitter finish. Overall an average IPA for me.

Really aromatic. Floral and citrusy hops. Gold with a nice white head from bottle into a tulip glass. Unfortunately the flavor is just bitter. Being a beer not terribly malty, itís not a great balance and on the thinner side. Way too bitter to be sessionable for me.

Golden in color with a medium head. Aroma is citrus and a hint of pine. Thin in body with good carbonation. Flavor is subtle, but quite good with citrus, malt sweetness and a but of a hop bite.

Wow! Well done, Goose! 12oz bottle available all over the place packs a fantastic IPA. Pours a cloudy pale orange with yellow edges and a thin resiny head. Aroma is that inviting grapefruit/pine/bread combination found in many others in the style. Flavor is where this brew separates itself from other common shelf bottles. Creamy texture at first brings a great amount of malt (caramel flavor) to balance the moderate hop bite and citrus acidity. As those flavors evolve, the texture dries out and leaves a pleasant finish.
