COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lover’s dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one you’ll remember.

From bottle. Pours a clear golden orange with decent head. Aroma was grapefruit and grain. taste follows with a clean crisp finish. Balanced and a decent bitter bite at the end.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2013 A very well rounded IPA. Beautiful on the nose, crisp with the hop without being too thin on the palate. I enjoy the robustness of Imperials more, but this is super solid.

Leuchtend orange zeigt sich das IPA im Glas und verströmt typisch fruchtige Aromen. Etwas Malz und eine schöne fruchtige Bitternote bilden ein rundes Geschmackserlebnis. Gut!

Nice and hoppy, the way a beer should be. Citrusy hops overwhelm the flavor here, but it still makes for a very tasty beer.

Poured a nice attractive orange/amber color with decent white head that stayed for a while. The aroma was was of citrus fruit. The taste was hoppy but well-balanced by the maltiness. The mouthfeel was good and the drinkability of this IPA was way up there. I liked.

Bottle. Nice, classic American IPA, not too hoppy and bitter. Good session beer, fairly refreshing.

On tap at Goose Island Wrigleyville. Pale amber/gold with frothy white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, and grass. Taste a bit of citrus, hops, pine, mild caramel malt. Medium mouthfeel, crisp and quenching.

It poured a copper golden color and left a nice white head that left some nice lace. A little bit of carbonation. It had an aroma of hops and some hops and some citrus. The taste was of hops, citrus and malt. The finish was a touch dry and bitter with elements of the forementioned, which was good. I found this to be a great IPA for the money(at least in my state). While not the best by far, a good IPA for those that aren’t trying to break the bank.

On tap in manhattan. Pours a clear maroon color, very attractive looking right from the start. Aroma is very very hoppy and floral with a little citrus and pine. Taste also reflects the high hop character and is bitter but balanced out by sweet citrus. Palate is smooth given the bitterness. Solid domestic IPA.
