3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
One of my go to beers. Goose’s IPA is a nice, easydrinking balanciado of pleasant citrusifruit hoppage and malt just light enough to avoid disturbances. Very tasty and easily my favorite of the Goose six-pack selections.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: AUG 23, 2013 Pours light golden with a white head that maintains itself nicely. The aroma & taste is of lemon & other citrus fruits. Very mildly bitter and light watery body. Excellent IPA on the milder end of bitter and a very user friendly drinkable beer, almost sessionable.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
My favorite from These guys... not as hoppy as I was hoping for, but I think i may have an issue when it comes to that area. Again, I like the $1.30 price tag on the goose island stuff (which may be why i like them so much!)

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours golden color. One inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of hop oils, floral hops, slight sweet malt, and slight citrus. Moderately sweet maltiness, and moves into some clean hops that take over to finish it off. Smooth, and well balanced.

pours like a transapaerent gingery brown, relatively dark. nice little fluffy head.
Palate is more spicy than i expected and a spicey ginger taste runs through the beer. Really refreshing and nicely hopped.
One of the best amerocan ipas i have had.
Smooth body and nice bitterness that kicks in just when you wan it to!

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Pours a nice light amber color with a medium head and lingering thin lacing. Light/medium body. It has a nice light aroma with some fruit. The flavor has a good amount of hops, but not very bitter for an IPA. The flavor is balanced, with a little malt and citrus. If anything the flavor is a bit understated, except for the loud hops. This is an above average IPA, but the flavor doesn’t have enough complexity to make it an exceptional IPA.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Spicey shoe leather, lemon with eraser adn cheap wine. This medium yellow beer with a white short-lived head is nothing if not interesting... Flavor is pleasant, bitter and sweet with something original in the middle. Citrus and pine in an old suitcase, Very drinkable, but the finifsh makes you want somethin else, so you take another sip to get rid of the plain bitter and dust. I bet a lot of people like this beer a lot!

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Consumed at fifty degrees. A nice surprise. Pours light orange with thin head and almost suspended carbonation. Smells of faint citrus and slight pine. Hops up front and bready out the back with surprising balance for the lack of abv. An enjoyable ipa, but nothing outstanding.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
35,5cl bottle - Simply superb is selling Goose Island IPA short... by quite a mile! The aroma is spectacular, comparing strongly with Meantime or Brewdog IPA. Beautiful amber with only a very slight bubble, small forthy white head. One of the best IPA’s out on the market.
