COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lover’s dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one you’ll remember.

Poured a clear amber into a tulip glass with two fingers of nice white head and excellent lacing. Sweet malt aroma with some pine and grapefruit. Biscuity malt flavor dominates with some sweetness and then some piney, grapefruit flavor and bitterness. High carbonation that scrubs the bitterness away leaves a dry finish. Oily mouthfeel. Balanced IPA with equal amounts of sweetness and bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @ Applebees. Pours a dirty amber with a nice head of white foam. Aroma is of light pine with some citrus. Taste is very crisp and refreshing. Light pine with some semi-sweet citrus. Not harsh or bitter at all. Very enjoyable. Not what I expected from an IPA. Was great with a spicy meal.

Bu directement de la bouteille de 341ml. Odeur assez malté, floral, un peu fruité. Goût semblable, amertume qui se prolonge un peu en bouche. IPA respectable qui ne réussi pas à se démarquer dans le marché.

pours a light amber. thin, white head. strong floral aromas. strong bitterness with subtle hints of grapefruit and lemon peel. finish is similar with strong grass and citrus. While IBUs are reasonable, still lacks balance as bitterness seems to win over taste. It’s fine, but with a world of IPAs to choose from, this won’t make a recommended list.
