COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop loverís dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one youíll remember.

From the bottle. Cloudy golden pour with fine head. Sour citrus with floral hints. Long bitter finish. High carbonation, perhaps a little too gassy. Not a session beer but overall very nice.

Bottle 355ml, a copper beer with huge creamy head. Nose is very intense on aromatic hops, exotic fruit, lichee, pine, seems very sweet. Aroma is on honey, resin, slightly metallic, fresh oranges, low body, melon, less malty, relatively low bitterness.

Pours light amber with white head on tap. Hoppy and fruity aroma. Not very hoppy taste but smooth overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a somewhat clear spectrum of oranges and yellows. Thick rocky off white head earthy hop aromas with sone faint citrus notes. Dense carbonation and a quenching palate.

Bottle from Sainsburys; clear amber pour with white head, tropical hop aroma, on par bitterness, hint of grapefruit not massively hoppy but I always think the shelf life of this American IPAís in supermarkets is questionably long. Probably would be better fresher.

12oz bottle. Bright yellow color, good head. Aroma is mildly hoppy, fruity, nothing spectacular but nothing bad either. Flavor had a definite hop aspect, mild bitterness, decent. Overall this was nothing to write home about and certainly not worth $9 a six pack. I actually would never buy this given the amount of superior IPAís on the market right now. Pours golden, slight amber. Thin white head, good lacing. Muted to the nose. Malt taste to tongue. -To IPA is to be.

12 oz bottle. Copper color with an off-white sticky foam and lacing. Toasted grain aroma with citrus, light caramel and bread. Medium body with a dry feel. Flavor is similar to the aroma. Pretty bitter with mild sweetness.

12oz bottle from John. Clear amber with a nice off white head. Huge fruity aroma, mostly tropical, that reminds me of a tropical punch with a light malty presence. Moderate body with a moderate+ carbonation, more sweet then anything on the palate with a tropical taste and a slight bitterness (sorta like a good pineapple) that evens things out. Oddly dry on the finish with lots of tropics left on coating your mouth. This one was quite different from any IPA I have had before...not quite sure how I feel about it though.

Draught at Hickory Tavern - Wesley Chapel, NC. Clear and amber in color. Hoppy aroma, citrus notes. Taste was not so great at first. The first two sips had a very skunky aftertaste, but went away as it warmed up. Conversely, this beer tasted brewery-fresh; almost too fresh. Taste was fresh hops flavor, Iím guessing citra, cascade and centennial. Not bad overall but not the best IPA Iíve had by far.
