COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lover’s dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one you’ll remember.

UPDATED: AUG 23, 2013 Pours light golden with a white head that maintains itself nicely. The aroma & taste is of lemon & other citrus fruits. Very mildly bitter and light watery body. Excellent IPA on the milder end of bitter and a very user friendly drinkable beer, almost sessionable.

This beer costs over $8. It has a lighter IPA taste to it. This is worth going Goose Island Brewery when in O'Hare to enjoy the beer.

A light pine and citrus aroma is detected after opening. Very thin head that disappears quickly This IPA seems more like a pale ale. It is really light on the hops. It has a good malt hoppy taste to it though. This would be a good go to beer on a nice warm day.
