22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy dark amber / orange with pretty much no head. Aroma of fresh raspberries, a little wild yeast and Belgian notes. Flavour brings out lots of the brett, prominent raspberries and light acidity. The brett mixes with the raspberries expertly. Really refreshing and highly drinkable, leaving pleasant traces of the brett. Excellent stuff.

2011 bottle. Pours a clear, thin orange color. Aroma of beautiful sour aroma with brett, some vinegar, and a touch of white wine. Big sour bite with heavy vinous tones, tart raspberries and some oak. Wet, refreshing mouthfeel. This beer is maturing just fine.

22 oz. bottle. The appearance is clear reddish amber to copper in color with a small bubbly white head. The aroma is tart with raspberry, mild cherry, wood, Brett and a mild funk. The flavor has tart raspberries, woody, herbal notes, vinous character, with some mild funk. This wasn’t very sour and is extremely drinkable.

Bottle shared by mdfb79. Thanks Dan. The beer is copper to amber in color with a small white head that leaves sparse lacing on the glass. The aroma brings raspberries, berries, malt, wild yeast. Smells like a tasty American wild ale. The flavor is pleasant. Not remarkably funky or sour, but rather easy to drink. Light in body, but not thin. Raspberries and oak are the dominant flavors. I thought this was a really enjoyable brew, and would happily have it again. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 05-13-2012

Bottle from my bday from mattyb83, thanks man!! Pours a brownish amber with a small white head. Aroma of raspberry, brett, slight spice and oak. Great balance, tart raspberry, slight spices, rounded oak, and a slight yogurt lactic presence. Yum delicious, Merry Christmas Eve to me as the rest of my family can’t appreciate this gem.

Bottle shared by CLevar - oh is this nice! Tart raspberry nose. Really nice clear rose color. Tart and lovely finish. A bit of a harsh aftertaste, but a really nice sour from GI.

Pours a clear ruby with minimal head and little lacing. Aroma of raspberry, strawberry, white grape. Mild hint of herbal hoppy flavor. Moderately sweet and very tart. Medium tart finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly chewy mouthfeel. This is a good sour ale, puckery. Not my bag, but I would say well done given what it is.

Nice light red with touches of golden color gave it a nice bright appearence. tart grape skins, cherries and loads of funk, some light spiciness and a decent touch of oak. lots of dark fruit, tart funkiness and a nice earthy, woodsy like smell blending together very nicely on this one. Silk like smoothness, and the finest carbonation bubbles, really well done in that regard. ;ots of sour in here right up front with frapes and light lemon like citrus taking over. Rolling through some nice notes of cherry then came over me. Decent funkiness in through the middle and the finish

Bottle at The Fruit Sour Tasting, London - cheers to Jack for letting loose this Goose. Pours bright pink, lightly hazy with a light, frothy white head. Tangy raspberries on the nose. Big tangy in the flavor, dry and bitter fruit skins, some underripe and tart raspberry, light to medium sweetness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light warmth in the finish, tart, fairly bitter, some dry berries. Pretty darn nice.
