Tap at RNH. Pale straw colour. Lightly hazy. The nose has a bright apricot fruitiness as well as a touch of citrus and light spice. A faint touch of coriander in addition to the bright fruit. Softly fruity with a kiss of phenolic character. It actually works pretty nicely.

Draft @ Rattle N Hum. Amber golden pour with white head. So this wheat beer was infused with apricot. Some apricot as well as other fruit flavors, sweet and spice notes.

Tap at RNH. Pours a hazy dull gold with a thin head- some lace. A roma is herbal vege- Dms, light peach with peppery spice, pear fruits, and a bit messy. Flavor is more vege- dms- spices, fennel, and anise seed on top of light white peaches, earthy skins, mint, and bell peppers- grassy carraway and doughy crackery malts- bubblegum and clove phenolic as well- what the hell- lots going on in here but not all bad. Strange.

Tap at Rattle n Hum: Milky yellow pour with a white film of head. Spicy nose- bright citrusy notes and a touch minty/ almost curry like notes. Crisp dry body with a bright wheaty flavor. Has some mild grassy notes, citrus skins and minerally presence as well. Some white peppery like notes on the back. Interesting, while nice and dry.

Tap at Rattle. Sweetish, mostly japanese curry nose. Notes of birch and pine. Prickly, light caramel flavor, kind of salty, more tree. Almost no apricot. Kind of muddy body. The lack of filtration is nice, but a bit more time to settle would’ve helped this one.

Draft at Rattle N Hum. Pours a hazy copper body with a white head. Light and tangy fruit with apricot and dry sip locked dehydrated fruit character. Light apple and dried apricots, thin and light. Sweet with a hint of peppermint like spice in the finish. Decent fruit beer.
