3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Interesting beer. Belgian yeast. Nice carbonation. Good color. Subtle background of sour ad sweet. Not enough in my opinion, though. Clashes a bit with the bitterness. Perhaps the lambicus naming has me wishing for more.

Tap. Clear golden yellow pour with a clingy white head. This is a soft, subtle beer. Bready, slight funk on the nose. Smooth clean palate and kind of low on the carbonation. Slightly sweet taste, but again, soft.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap. This beer was pretty much a funky, lightly sour fruity, version of Matilda. Definite typical Matilda/Orval backbone, but like they blended it with a lightly sour gueuze.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at the Blue Dog in Chalfont. Poured a cloudy golden color with an off white head. Brett, spices, bready, fruity and some citrus. The brett / funkiness on the softer side and a clean and refreshing beer.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
The sourness of the beer is a really nice comparison to normal Matilda. Nice stuff

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the Mex Food Factory. Aroma of nice Brett barnyard, bandaid funk, and grape must. Pours hazy orange with a small hazy head. Taste is nice at first with a nice bandaid funk but gives way to the Matilda boring golden ale quickly. Stale bread and bananas. Easy to drink.

Pours a clear gold/lt amber with a thin white head. Aroma very subtle touches of tartness and candi sugar beneathnice funk and leather. Flavor follows suit and adds nice soft earthy hoppiness and woody notes. Mouthfeel is light/medium and silky with a dry leathery/oaky finish.
