Nov 6, 2007 12 oz. 2006 bottle , from my brother. Hazy amber with a big, billowing yellow/tan head that collapsed over several minutes. Aroma of yeast, earth, lemon, light stone fruits, and spice. Body is light to medium, complemented by lively effervescence, and a mildly acidic, clean palate. There is some sourness in the flavor that counters a honey like sweetness, and at the finish a spicy bitterness comes on strong. Very drinkable and thirst quenching.

Nov 5, 2007 Nice gold pour, decent fruity head. Some earth, Spicy fruit, slight sourness to it, very drinkable for the alcohol content, could get in trouble with a few of these! Good drink!
