Bottle 355ml. @ home. Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, spicy ! coriander, light alcoholic. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, and a alcoholic burn in the finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090604]

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin lazing orangey head. The aroma is sweet and very fruity - especially oranges, as well as light notes of yeast. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, fruit, and yeast, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a little, dense and off-white head. Light brettish note with light spice note and some caramel malt. Flavour is slight soapy, nice caramel malty and with a nice yeasty mellow note. Finish follows the same mellow line with a light fruity brett note, very controlled.

Bottled (thanks heemer77!). Hazy golden orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is hayish hops along with some weirdly dryish notes. Flavour is skunked hops with some really flowery hints. Also some wooden and spicy notes in it as it warms up a little bit. A very mouthdrying thing.

12fl bottle @ Liva, Kolding. Pours a clear amber with tiny yeast chunks and a creamy white foam and lacings. Nose is fruity, yeasty and spicy. Orange and herbs. Taste is dry and crisp with notes of hops, funk, fruits, medicine, cellar and yeast. Smooth palate. Not as complex as the "almighty" but however .- Very tasty indeed!

UPDATED: AUG 4, 2010 2010-08-04, bottle from Salling in Århus, vintage 2009, 1 year old, 5-4-5-2-9=25 Hazy light amber color; thin head. The aroma is lighly acidic. The body is not very strong, and there is an evident sourness. This bottle is spoiled.
2008-04-30, bottle vintage 2007, 7-4-7-3-14=35 Hazy amber color with red shades. The aroma is a bit soapy. Soft mouthfeel, medium body, but the flavor is not impressive. Overall, not as good as the draught one.
2007-09-29, draught at the brewpub, Clybourn location, 7-4-8-4-16=39 Hazy amber color; creamy head. Nice aroma, malty, spicy and yeasty, Belgian style. Good mouthfeel, round; malty flavor, with a sweet spicy character (described as mellow tartness by the brewery); good bitterness. Mature brew, excellent Belgian example.
