Too sweet to my tase and the flavors dont really come together as a whole.The finish is slightly metallic with some alcohol present. High level of cab and light on the palate

Appears on the brassy side of copper amber with loads of sparkle and a thinnish covering of off-white head. Has typically fruity, sweaty, sour Belgian yeast aromas. Sour citrus and basement prominent on nosing. Silky mouthfeel with some prickly carbonation. All the aromas manifest themselves in the flavour profile along with orange juiciness and tart, tangy malts. Lingering sourness carries the finish on and on.

Pours light copper with white frothy head. Aromas of earthy hops, yeast, melon and citrus. Similar taste with a bretty taste. Nicely balance with the alcohol.

Sweet belgian yeast, cloves, sweet malt on the nose. Clear copper, thin, short-lived head. Taste yields some interesting sour/tart notes that weren’t apparent in the nose upfront, clean middle and a belgian yeast/slightly spicy finish. Slightly hoppy at the end prevent this beer from being cloying. Medium body, carbonation. Not bad.

750 mL bottle. Pours copper with a foamy white head. Aromas of citrus, melon, herbal hop, yeast and brett funk. Mild malt sweetness well balanced by alcohol bite and earthy hop. Tasty now but would like to see this age up and develop more brett character.

Pours an amber brown with decent head and lacing... Into a chalice... Sweet, slightly spicy nose... Smooth, abv is barely noticed... Good beer... Probably on my faves out of all theit belgium styles

Fidelis sourfest 2013. This bottle is from 2010. Lacto Matilda 04/16/2010. One day before my birthday. This stuff is pretty infected. Sour as all hell. Best unintentional sour ever. Lots of funky funky yeast flavors going on. Good.

Apricot orange w/ tiny bubbles that linger on the glass. Medium hops. A deceivingly smooth 7%. Pronounced spice notes. Light fruitiness, but too light to pinpoint specific flavors.

650 ml bottle. Pours a golden bronze with a minimal white head. Taste is of wheat, yeast, fruit, spice, hops, pine, resin, caramel and grape. Has a decent slick body. The finish is spicy and warming. Good, but a touch underwhelming.

Draft. Pours cloudy golden brown. Full body. Mild sweetness. Taste of dried fruit. Medium carbonation. Smells like raisins and spices.

From bottle at HOTB. Nice funky nose, sweet with a bit of vapor and light woody notes. Mild Brett. Medium golden clear with light haze, topped with big fluffy head. Medium body with medium carbonation. Starts light sweet with caramel, honey, and a bit of funk. Yeasty with alcohol vapor and honey. Light sweet funky after.
