Appears on the brassy side of copper amber with loads of sparkle and a thinnish covering of off-white head. Has typically fruity, sweaty, sour Belgian yeast aromas. Sour citrus and basement prominent on nosing. Silky mouthfeel with some prickly carbonation. All the aromas manifest themselves in the flavour profile along with orange juiciness and tart, tangy malts. Lingering sourness carries the finish on and on.

Pours clear amber with low white head. Aroma of honey, wheat, cilantro, light herbs. Taste is rich honey sweet, balancing out with subtle bitterness towards the finish. Light, very smooth body with soft carbonation.

Pours a dark orange/honey color small head, some lacing. Aroma is Belgian spices, clove, some banana but there’s a feeling of complexity here. Taste is yeasty with a complex spice feeling. A slight bitterness at the end which is awesome. One of my favorites, this.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours copper with off white head. Taste citrus, sweet, belgian yeast. I thought this was pretty good. I would definitely drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Good beer. Great amber color with a bit of haze. Hits the palate with a bit of spice and has very Little aftertaste. Nice head. Overall a worthy but not spectacular beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from 12 oz bottle into tulip glass. Appearance: pours a 2" frothy cream colored head which slowly falls with some mild lacing. Color is a amber-orange, cloudy with sediment in suspension. Extreme amounts of champagne-like streaming carbonation. Aroma: banana and coriander, caramel, Belgian yeast. Mouthfeel: medium bodied and slightly astringent. Finish is dry with a bit of lingering alcohol burn. Flavor: sweet caramel and spices, raisins, a hint of pineapple, yeast rolls, strong earthy hop presence. Overall: nicely done and a pleasant brew for sipping and contemplation.

Pours a cloudy copper with a ridiculously unmanageable head, requiring ten or fifteen minutes to tame to three or four pillowy fingers, great retention and heavy lacing. Nose is dominated by brett, with a distinct sour edge, against stone fruit and caramel malt. Taste starts out sweet, but moves quickly to sour, with a lingering sour and bitter finish. Mouth feel is slightly heavy, with lower than expected carbonation. Oh, that’s nice. That’s very nice. Mildly funky and sour, with just enough brett to be interesting, but not overwhelming. Loads of character, with a gentle warming as the bottle progresses.

The body has warm reddish orange amber color with a cloudy haze. A thick and tall off white head caps off the beer and makes some nice lacing on the glass. In the nose I pick up lots of good things. There are notes of spicy and medicinal phenols with tropical fruit, yeast and sweet honey like malt. It also has a light touch of funky earthy hops. On the tongue there is a tasty mix of all the spicy/medicinal and yeast notes with some tropical fruit and honey sweetness. The funky and sweet notes are tempered with a good balance of earthy dry hop spice and bitterness. With its medium to full body I get a slightly different mix of flavor notes each time. The texture is kind of smooth and dry with a nice level of carbonation.
