Growler from the brewery. Pours a clear orange with a white head. Catty nose lemon cat piss. Lemon grassy flavors bitter grass. Despite the cat piss hoppy aroma, not bad. 6/3/7/3/14

Draft at Wrigleyville. Dark bronze. Rich with a caramel malt base, this is definitely a kick up from their ’normal’ IPA. There’s just a teaser of metallic hops though ... So west coast hopheads would undoubtedly be let down. (#3902, 5/8/2010)

Sample at Goose Island Clybourn. Clear reddish amber pour with a medium off-white head. Sweet malt nose with grapefruit and grassy hops. Flavor starts off with apricot and malt and then turns to grassy and citrusy hops for the finish.

On tap at Goose Island Clybourn. Pours a clear orange with a medium sized white head. Big floral, large citrus. A little empty given the great aromas, but still good. Big earthy grapefruit and ruddy malt. Yummy, but could probably have been fantastic if it lived up to the aromas.
