Sample at the Clybourn brewpub. Pours a hazy amber-gold color with a medium bone white head that burns away steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Wheaty, peachy aroma. Light body with a sweet peach flavor with some wheat and citrus behind it. Fruity finish with a touch of yeast lingering afterward. Slightly above average overall.

draft.. medium gold with an orange/copper hue, not much of head... the nose and taste are lightly sweet, wheat, banana, a touch of peach, ok, but in general forgettable

Flight on tap at the brewpub (Chicago, IL). Pours a decent hazed golden amber pour, some sunset fire to it, big frothy offwhite head cakes well, stays big, laces ok. Aromas are a fruity kick, peaches and banana, some tart lemons, yeasty spice and cloves. Bread, flaked wheat, malty mellowness. A fruity tart smack up front though. Initial is lighter bodied offering some mellow sweet malts, banana, vanilla up front. Touches of lemon, peach, and yeasty bread. Flaked wheat, bread, a lemon and banana cookie type thing going on, vanilla and faint honey. Yeastines, clove stay honest. Very fruity, a lively flavorful front moves into a lightly tart and decent yeasty finish. Pretty nice, flavors are on, different than the typical offering in the category. Fresh, vibrant, full of life for what it is.

Aroma is wheatey and light. Flavor is again mostly wheat and yeast but also fairly strong for a wheat with a good bit of complex sweetness. Not as peachy as the brewer’s description would lead you to believe but that’s probably to this beer’s benefit.

Draft @ wrigleyville pub. Nice hefe aroma, peach is present but not strong, overpowering or fake. Straw to amber color. Head disappears quickly
